Exhibition space
Price for floor space is SEK 5 000/square meter (approx. € 500) excl. VAT. Minimum 4 square meters.
Please note that that only floor space is included (no walls).
Included in the exhibition package:
4 square meters
1 table and 2 chairs
2 sockets for electricity
Listing on the Meeting´s website
1 exhibitor name badge (no access to the Meeting). Additional badges can be purchased.

Allocation
The exhibition space will be allocated by the Local Oganising Committee. You will receive the plan of the exhibition 6 weeks prior to the meeting.

Congress folder SEK 35 000 (approx. € 3500) + production cost
Allocation of approx. 500 folders. The logo of the Meeting should be printed on the folder.

Lanyards SEK 15 000 (approx. € 1 500)
Sponsorship sum includes production cost for 500 lanyards.

Name badges SEK 10 000 (approx. € 1 000)
The Sponsor´s logo and the Meeting logo will be printed on the badge. Sum includes the production cost for 500 badges.

Insert in the folder SEK 10 000 (approx. € 1 000)
Max. 1 leaflet. The content of the insert is subject to approval by the organisers.

Payment and date of payment

Payment and date of payment
The following payment terms apply:
– 50% of the total amount is due at the time of agreeing with the contract.
– 50% of the total amount before 20 April, 2017.

Payment should be made in Swedish Krona, SEK.

Cancellation

Cancellation
In case the contract is cancelled by the sponsor/exhibitor prior 20 April, 30% of the amount of the sponsorship/exhibition fee has to be paid. After 20 April no refund will be made. Please note objections to the exhibition space allocated by the Local Oganising Committee will not be accepted for cancellations.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
